At Cavoire, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to make a return.

Return conditions

  • Products must be in their original condition, with the original tags and packaging intact.
  • The packaging must not be damaged.
  • Returned items must not show any signs of use.

❗ If the returned items do not meet these conditions, we will unfortunately not be able to process your return. We reserve the right to refuse any return if we suspect that the item has been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

Please always use a shipping method with a tracking number (track & trace).
