1. What are the delivery charges?

At Cavoire, delivery is always free, whatever the value of your order.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 2 to 4 working days (Monday to Friday). Delivery then takes an average of 7 to 10 working days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 5:00 pm (GMT+1) or at the weekend may take a little longer.

3. Will I receive a tracking code?

Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking code by email within the following days. This lets you follow your parcel via our delivery partner.

4. What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

We're sorry to hear that! If you receive a damaged product for the first time, we will send you a replacement free of charge. No refund is issued on a first claim. In the event of a second incident, you may choose between a replacement or a full refund.

5. What should I do if my parcel is lost?

If your parcel is lost or could not be delivered, we will first send you a new parcel free of charge. If the order still hasn't been delivered 60 days after dispatch, you will receive a full refund.

6. I missed the delivery or didn't collect my parcel from the pickup point. What happens?

If the parcel is returned to us because it was not accepted or collected in time, we reserve the right to deduct £15 from the refund amount.

7. What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from receipt to return your order. Refunds are issued within 5 days of receiving the return. See our Return Policy page for more information.
